💡 Did you know?

1. Whiskers are special thick hairs. Their roots are full of nerves, so they can feel tiny movements in the air.
2. Most cats have about 24 whiskers on their cheeks, about 12 on each side, in neat rows.
3. Cats also have whiskers above their eyes, on their chin and on the back of their front legs!
4. Whiskers help cats find their way in the dark and feel if a gap is big enough to squeeze through.
5. Never cut a cat's whiskers! Old whiskers fall out by themselves, and new ones grow back.
